Shipping & Order Deposit Policy
Thank you for choosing Forma General Trading. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. Because many of our products are sourced, processed, or manufactured specifically to fill your order, we utilize a structured advanced deposit system.
Please read our complete shipping and deposit guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation & Advance Deposit
To initiate any order and secure your shipment, an advance deposit is required.
Deposit Requirement: A secure advance deposit of 30% to 50% of the total invoice value must be paid to confirm your order.
Processing: No order will be processed, packed, or dispatched from our warehouse until the required deposit has been successfully received and cleared.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance (50% to 70%) must be cleared according to the agreed-upon terms (e.g., prior to final dispatch, or upon Cash on Delivery, depending on your specific invoice terms)
2.Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your advance deposit is confirmed.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high demand or supply chain issues, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.
